Each of our departments are responsible for individual areas of our organisation but we have a collective responsibility to deliver our mission and values.
The Director and Chief Executive and Executive Assistant, work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, and with staff across the organisation to ensure the delivery of our charitable objectives as effectively as we can.
The Engagement team support learners of all ages to engage and connect with creativity, art and ideas through drop-ins, one-off activities and intensive practical courses, and apprenticeships and projects, as well as caring for the collections and make them relevant to visitors through exhibitions and displays.
The Finance and Resources team facilitate financial sustainability, project evaluation, capability building, organisational design, and structure and ensure compliance to a host of regulatory, legislative and industry standards.
The Marketing team promote and tell the many stories of the place, people and art across digital and traditional channels.
The Trading team work hard to generate income for the charity through our retail offer and Tea Shop as well as hosting bespoke hires in our historic spaces for special occasions and events.
The Visitor Experience team are dedicated to ensuring all visitors have a safe and enjoyable visit at Watts Gallery - Artists’ Village.
