Fitzwilliam Museum

The Fitzwilliam Museum houses a world-renowned collection of over half a million beautiful works of art, masterpiece paintings and historical artefacts from around the world. Collection highlights include: Claude Monet, Les Peupliers, Rembrandt Harmensz van Rijn, Portrait of a Man in Military Costume, and Nakhtefmut’s mummy case, to name but a few.

Murray Edwards College

Murray Edwards College houses The Women’s Art Collection, Europe’s largest collection of art by women. It includes 600 works by leading artists such as Barbara Hepworth, Paula Rego, Lubaina Himid, Faith Ringgold, Tracey Emin and Cindy Sherman. Founded in the early 1990s, the Collection challenges the underrepresentation of women artists in museums and galleries.
