About Yoga: stretch and sketch

Revitalise, replenish and relax as you join Susie Jewell for an evening for mind, body and soul in the atmospheric Watts Gallery. Guided through a mindful flow you will transition through a meditative sequence to create rhythm and harmony.

Once you have experienced the sequence join artist Charlie Betts for some mindful sketching in the Gallery before returning to the mat for a final meditation.

Please bring along a mat and anything else you wish to make yourself as comfortable and relaxed as possible, such as a blanket or cushion. There are a few yoga mats available if necessary but if you have your own, please bring it along. All sketching materials will be provided.

About the instructor

Susie is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher who has taught from her own Chiddingfold studio for the last two years. She believes that yoga is for everyone and runs various classes suitable for all levels and abilities. Her classes are a mix of Hatha, vinyasa and restorative yoga and are all designed to melt away stress and tension within the body and quieten the mind.
