Dennis Brenninkmeijer is a member and shareholder of COFRA Holding, a family-owned company spanning six generations, providing strategic guidance to the Chair and Board. He has pan-European and international experience having studied and worked in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the US, Argentina and Brazil. The first half of his career, from trainee to Vice-President and Board Member at C&A, encompassed merchandising, procurement, advertising, retail financial services, and logistics with the second half, until retirement in venture capital at Entrepreneurs Fund, London, where he was as investment manager and partner. During this time, Dennis was a member of the investment committee and Chairman and/or Non-Executive Director of multiple invested businesses. He is a member of the governing committees of the Private Heritage Centre Draiflessen in Germany, which comprises a museum, conference center and library. In this context he gives strategic direction to the Family Estate Committee including estate planning. Dennis is also a member of the philanthropic regional board of Porticus UK. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the European Business School in London, Paris, Madrid.
