What do you like about working for Watts Gallery?

The people are very friendly and welcoming, the organisation is ardent on diversity and inclusion in all aspects of life at Watts Gallery, its ethos of Arts for All is in alignment with my personal goals.

What's the best part of your job and why?

From my vantage position of having a balanced view of the organisation, I relish the opportunity of contributing, and influencing decisions that make significant positive differences to the organisation. It is my desire to see the organisation thrive.

What does being a Watts employee mean to you?

As a Watts employee I feel I am representative of a movement striving to embed inclusivity and diversity in the Museums, Galleries and Art sector.
